I am a University of California, San Diego undergraduate student majoring in Computer Engineering, and minoring in Cognitive Science. My primary interest lies in understanding and enhancing human social behavior through data.
I'm an independent teamworker strong in data analysis, research and coding. My areas of expertise are electrical engineering, social psychology, and computer science. I can learn any programming language you need me to know within a week.

Currently designing and developing modified frontend using HTML, CSS, JS (d3.js). Discussing backend algorithm optimizations with big correlation matrices (15+ million dimensions). Leading the US sales and marketing team of Percipio, frequent contact to investors and potential clients.
Currently researching and designing a novel data-discussion-system to incentive more data-literate interactions on News websites. Grounded on latest CSCW research papers. Entering the stage of conducting a first study with a prototype in NodeJS.

Developed iOS app called Trumpagotchi, a political satire of the Trump administration. Recruited and worked with artists and political science researchers in the US and Austria. Developed predictive risk model to identify scammer companies in the Austrian contruction sector. Wrote PHP/SQL and used Object Relational Mapping to build large scale database and visualized data with Python. Researched and presented case studies to CEO in weekly meetings. Findings presented to clients and the Austrian Ministry of Finance.

Implemented vital communication-protocols in Java/C for $200,000+ liquid-propellant rocket, designed to reach space. Communicated and discussed launch procedures from a software standpoint with a 40+ member strong interdisciplinary team in weekly workdays. Team ranked 4th place in the Base11 challenge.

Certified Paramedic, interned at the Austrian Red Cross for 5 weeks, responding to medical emergencies. Managed up to 40 soldiers at once seeking medical attention. 24 hour availability/responsibility for medical emergencies in the barracks.

Can you identify a potental scammer company before it even exists? After multiple meetings with the CEO of ISHAP, a portal that helps Austrian building companies to safeley recruit workers, this was my mission for this internship. I did in-depth case studies on already identified scammers, brushed up on the current laws, and discussed important database aspects with the CTO. Then, I build an algorithm that scraps company data from the internet and, using the ORM pattern, efficiently inserted it into a relational database. This allowed for drawing connections between companies and people on a national scale, identifying similar patterns as seen in the case studies. Finally, I wrote python to automatically visualize company histories, making it easier to discover new patterns. In a $200,000+ liquid-propellant rocket, communication within the components of the rocket and to the ouside world must be flawless. It needs to automatically fix errors produced by outside noice and have redundancy, since one wrong bit could mean the loss of the rocket. The rocket is 60 feet long, meaning that multiple embedded systems at the different parts of the rocket read their close-by sensors, communicate with each other and have to arrive at a certain output, like close valve-A or deploy parachute. Therefore, I had discussions and meetings with pretty much every department of RPL to understand the layout and functionalities of the rocket to arrive on the most optimal implementations. As the final project of a datascience class, we used machine learning regression to more accurately determine the olive moment of comets in Comet Assays. To accomplish this, we collected a large number of data(images) that represent Comet assays. We wrote our own circle detection algorithm to identify the heads of comets. Following that, we created a Neural Network that uses the circle detection algorithm to identify heads and calculate the olive moments. In order to train the neural network, we compiled a set of images with corresponding olive moment calculations that we already had, and used that data to train the neural network. Modelled after Malvino's SAP-1 from his book "Digital Computer Electronics" (1977), I build my own 8-bit breadboard computer from scratch, similar (but not as organized) as the one above by Ben Eater.
